Workplace safety as a legal requirement is a complex process consisting of numerous tasks and documents that needed automation. Previously, it relied on manual work and extensive administration. Joint consultation with the client led to designing an information system that digitalizes, simplifies, and fully automates the process.

Problem analysis led to designing multiple information systems: a web system for company and safety process management, a customer system for certification and requirement management, and accompanying mobile applications for both technicians and clients. The project included consultations, specification development, wireframes, design, programming, and subsequent testing.

We created a suite of mobile applications for the customer, from design through specification and design to production deployment. They contain all necessary processes for workplace safety digitalization and simplification. Both technicians and clients can digitally sign legal documents through the application, generate certificates, contracts, and other outputs required to meet safety requirements.

We created a system for generating legal documents throughout the entire workplace safety process. Documents are automatically generated with data from the database and signed through the mobile application. Technicians receive automatic prompts about which documents need signing. The system also suggests which documents are suitable for completion based on the safety process status.

Thanks to deep understanding of workplace safety and quality system design, the original service becomes a product. This is sold to other companies who can customize safety management according to their own identity. The product enables use of automated process components and streamlines internal operations.
